Premium Services

Personalized fitness and nutrition programs designed to fit your lifestyle and help you achieve lasting results.

Personal Training

One-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. One-on-One Training: Starts from $60 per session, with pricing adjusted depending on the number of sessions per week. Group Training: Groups of two to three people max. Same pricing structure as one-on-one, depending on frequency. Included: Meal planning and a physical training program, with additional workouts provided outside the in-person sessions.

Nutrition Consultation

Comprehensive nutrition assessments and personalized meal planning to support your health goals. Initial Consultation: 45 minutes to 1 hour, including a full intake to better understand the client's needs. A personalized meal plan is created to last one month. Follow-Ups: Every month, a 20-minute consultation for $60 to review progress, make adjustments, and create a new meal plan.

Online Challenge

5-week program

Format: Five-week program, entirely online. Focus: Weight loss or muscle gain, depending on the client's goals. Includes: Weekly meal plan adjustments and supplement recommendations based on the client's current activity level (no training program included).

Additional Services

Personal Training

Train at my fully equipped boutique gym or get help designing your dream home gym. Clients can train at my home, which is equipped as a full boutique gym. This space also serves as a model gym for a side business where I help design and build dream gyms for clients in their own homes.

Supplements

Premium Falcon Nutri-Fit supplement line launching soon. Launching my own brand: Falcon Nutri-Fit. Initially offering the most popular supplements I already recommend to clients.
